A short update
I am providing you with a short update now that the storms of this journey seem to have calmed down … for a moment. A few weeks ago life was rosy, sure smelled great, the miracle drug was killing the enemy blasts and the Donor Lymphocytes were getting ready for battle. Everything was A-OK, until … I was hit by a flaming arrow of fever, which no one could pin point its root cause and, the miracle drug, became a disaster/useless drug, etc. … hmm … well who wants to be part of this drama now? to be honest with you, I do! I would like to find out how God is going to get me out of this one. I know that He already knows the ending, and victory is complete, it’s just the waiting period that sometimes gets to me … the more complex the drama, the much cooler the ending … so hang in there, more to come. fyi – A quick sneak preview, they already identified another miracle drug (ha!)
Thank you for your faithful prayers and support. It is so cool to be secured in His Grip during such times.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18: That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are fading, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. Amen!
Habibbi Sami, I was shocked to hear about the recent “drama” I’m glad you are back to blogging and still in good spirits, I continue to lift you up in prayer everyday!
May God continue to use you for His glory.
Love,
Alex Hanania

“But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.” Isa 40:31

Wow a roller coaster ride indeed. You’re probably ready to get off the ride and have a calm drama free life. You make a very good point, the more drama, the more God can amaze us with his miracles. I really hope and pray that you will be blessed with excellent health very soon and that the drugs will target exactly where they are needed. You and Jacqueline have humbled so many of us with your courage and strong faith.
God always has something for you, a key for every problem, a light for every
shadow, a relief for every sorrow and a plan for every tomorrow, and there is always
light after a tunnel, be strong and I know that god always watching for you and you will
be fine soon with his help.
He is in control! thinking of you and missing all the family.
Ups and downs in this journey, and your faith, Sami, is constantly on the UP! It sounds like you are the healthy one! Thank you for being contagious in your faith. We will continue to pray for the new miracle drug to work its miracle in you. Lots of love from Lebanon.
Dear Sami:
Still praying hard, hard, hard. Just one of God’s kids – joyous and free : ) Ginger

Jad welcome back. Sami habibi today in church when Kassis Habib prayed in church for you, he didnt add anything new but I felt something not well and when I looked at the blog there is was it but I know that we went to the trough again and god will lift us up and save us. The lord is with you and will carry you when you are weakest and this is what you said in church in houston last august. You are our true inspiration of faith and friendship.
there is a hymn that I love and I go to it whenever I am weak and it starts like this ” faithful one so unchanging, ageless one your my rock of peace, lord of all, i depend on you….” amen. Alla maak
Don’t worry
