PLATELETS
My platelets jumped to 153, without any donations, putting me in the normal zone. 🙂
All other numbers are following suit. Everything is moving in the right direction. PTL !!!
PRELIMINARY BONE MARROW TEST RESULTS
As you can imagine, we had to play the waiting game today. Finally, around 3:30PM, the results were delivered by the doctor as follows “Your first preliminary bone marrow results are EXTREMELY encouraging and consistent with strong remission. We are VERY happy. (PTL) However, next week is when the DECISIVE bone marrow test will be conducted. That test will reveal where things really stand.”
Accordingly,
– Next week is the decisive bone marrow test (Monday the 22 or Tuesday the 23 – will keep you posted) so please pray for a negative result.
– Additionally, we found out today that within the next 5-7 days they will know if we have a match with any of the 8 bone marrow donors identified. Please pray that at least one will be a good match.
Well, with such good news, what can we do but Praise the Lord and say that we are confident in this, that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 1:6).

YEAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! Have been checking all day. That’s so awesome! I hope you are dancing now. Last night, after watching one of the videos you posted in your essential links page on the hiddenness of god, I had a dream about lots of snakes. Snakes historically indicate healing (hence the snake on pharmacy symbols). I’m choosing to consider it a sign. Keep battling, Sami!!

You have all our prayers Sami, I am confident that all these prayers will be accepted, because you are full of faith. Lord knows you have a very strong foundation, so he let you go through this experience and he will never disappoint you at the end. I am sure that as everything changed all of a sudden, everything will again change to the best also all of a sudden. God’s willing is beyond any expectation. Soon you will be back to us as we terribly missing you here in Dubai.
Habibi khalo! Praise the Lord!!! I stayed up until now with the computer next to my bed refreshing the screen since 11pm Lebanon time waiting for the update! It brought tears to my eyes!! This is truly the meaning of tears of joy!
I am praying for you every single day…every hour that I am awake. I wish so much that I was there with the family in Houston to stand by your side and Jaquo’s side. You know “m3aztak” enta w Jaquo and the kids bi albi w hayete. There are not enough words to express my love and gratitude to you both. We may have met briefly years ago. But I have heard and learned about you by the “tons” from Issam and Lamia. I always depended on Issam’s prayers to get me out of trouble and keep me on the straight and narrow. Compared to the challenge you are facing now, mine and Issam’s, through the years, seem to be minor. But if the wings of prayer will carry us above our difficulties, you clearly have some of the strongest and steadiest wings. They come from your pure faith and from the faith and good will of the people around you. You and I share the fact that we are blessed by having friends, brothers and sisters like Issam and Lamia. There will be no final victory, there will just be a series of them…one piece of good news to follow the other until you are 105 years old with children and grand children and great grand children…for as Issam told me the Bible says (and I may be messing this up…): All things work in unison for the good of the believer!
We will follow on these good pieces of good news that will come trickling one after one…and I will look forward to meeting you in full health soon.

AMEN!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!! God bless you my friend and brother in Christ!!! I knew it was gonna be a good report. I received an email Monday night from my prayer warrior friend and she simply wrote, “Prayer request granted! Thank you Jesus!!”
I couldn’t lay hands on you and pray, so I pulled up the blog and I laid hands on the blog and prayed over you and I felt it in my bones and my own blood, that the glory of the Lord would be flowing through your body! I have a verse from the Book of Malachi that I want to share with you:
“But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays…”

Sami, I firmly believe God is using you to send a message of faith to all who believe and those who may be struggling.” I know you have touched me in a way, that I feel my own strengthening and my prayer life is strengthening. Bronwyn said the other noght she did not think that God was listening to her or answering her prayers. I told her tonight the good news and that she can never doubt that God hears our prayers and she cried, oh God did hear me and Sami is gonna be okay! God bless you my brother in CHRIST!!! TO God be the GLORY NOW AND FOREVER!!!
